All Legacy Motion Group products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Times • United States: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

• International: 7–21 business days after fulfillment

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Legacy Motion Group is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@legacymotiongroup.com and we will assist you.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it.
